Paducah, KY – Duck Creek RV Park

July 2015 — Duck Creek RV Park was the first RV park we ever stayed at.  It had good reviews, low monthly rent, free cable, free wifi, free water, metered electric, laundry facilities, and a pool.  We got parked with the help of a friendly neighbor.  We were pretty happy with our choice of park, although there weren’t any shade trees in the area we were in which was more of a parking lot style setup.  There were more permanent looking sites along the back next to the creek that looked nice and less like a parking lot, LOL.  The pull-through spots had some grass which we would have like to have had, whereas the spot we were in was just gravel.

We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting.  The bathhouse next to it was clean.  The laundry room was great, plenty of washers and dryers.  The internet was the typical RV campground speeds, not the best.  The host was very nice and helpful.  Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
